Sine Bootcamp

CrossFit Sine Metu’s Bootcamp program takes the best parts of CrossFit and applies them to bootcamp style workouts.  Our twist on traditional bootcamp training; Sine in Latin means ‘without.’  This fast-paced and up-tempo class is taught ‘without’ barbells, without technical weightlifting movements, and without pretense. The class is the perfect fit for those looking to get back in the gym after a long absence or members who want a break from the normal competitive atmosphere of our other classes.

MWF at 10AM (please arrive 10-15 minutes early to begin warming up)
