Children ages 3-12. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun.

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Month – $80/month**

Drop In – $20

**$15 per additional child for a monthly membership.


A parent or adult guardian must remain on the premises at all times.

Bring your own water bottle and stay hydrated!  We have a water cooler that you are welcome to fill/refill water.

Dress appropriately.  The gym is unconditioned so it can get HOT.  Likewise, during the winter months, it can be pretty chilly, so layer up!

You will be required to fill out a waiver on behalf of your child.  Emergency contact information is required.  Please include any pertinent information about your child we should know prior to coaching (asthma, allergies, physical limitations)
